Digital Products

E-Books and Digital Guides

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, PDF guides, and other downloadable content are final once the content has been delivered to you. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase.

Online Courses

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our online courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund for an online course:

  1. Email us at support@heartwell-health.com with the subject line "Course Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Physical Products

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our customer service team
  3. Ship the items back to us following the provided instructions
  4. Include the original packaging and all accessories

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your credit card company or financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Services

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting our customer support. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. However:

  • If you are a new subscriber and cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund
  • If you encounter technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our subscription service, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion

Consultation Services

Cancellation and Rescheduling

For one-on-one consultation services:

  • You may reschedule a consultation without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund
  • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please notify us within 24 hours after the session by emailing consultations@heartwell-health.com. We may offer a follow-up session at no additional cost or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Workshops and Events

Virtual Events

For virtual workshops and events:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but you will receive access to the event recording if available

In-Person Events

For in-person workshops and events:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made outside of the specified refund timeframes
  • Digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed, except as specified above
  • Custom or personalized products created specifically for you
  • Items marked as non-refundable or final sale at the time of purchase
  • Services that have been fully rendered
